We start all new members off with our 6 Week Foundation Program. The 6 Week program is designed to on-board you in to our classes and amazing community while building a sustainable health and fitness routine. During the 6 weeks you will get to experience FolkFit’s Five Pillars of Success:

  • We keep you on track - if we haven’t been seeing you we will help breakdown any barriers stopping you participating.

  • Access to our gym booking and performance tracking app make it easy to book and track your sessions.

Community & Support

  • You will become a part of our welcoming, supportive community of like-minded people striving to make a positive change to their health and fitness, and their lives.

  • Our community is made up of a broad spectrum of fitness levels, ages and abilities.

  • Our coaches aren’t just experts in their field but are also there to support you!
