Functional Fitness

Our Functional Fitness program is at the core of our vision and we believe that every human-being should be incorporating elements of this style of training in to their routine; to live a longer, healthier life. Our program is broken down into weightlifting, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular exercises and combined in various formats to create the perfect, all inclusive program that will help you lean up, get stronger and become the fittest you have ever been.

Beginners

Our beginners class is designed for people that are new to Functional Fitness and Olympic Weightlifting. In a smaller group environment you will be taught the correct technique, how to move well, and how you can get the most out of your membership

Engine Room

Calorie burning, cardiovascular focused class accessible to all. Sessions designed to build your inner engine, whilst introducing some elements of the Functional Fitness class. There are no Olympic Lifts or complex gymnastics, just movements that are going to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Bring your towel, it’s gonna get SWEATY!

Weightlifting

This class focuses on developing strength and technique in the Olympic Lifts. A combination of technique drills, compound movements, mobility and accessory work are used under the guidance of our coach to safely improve your Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
