FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our Functional Fitness program is at the core of our vision and we believe that everyone should be incorporating elements of this style of training in to their routine; to live a longer, healthier life. Our program is broken down into weightlifting, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular exercises and combined in various formats to create the perfect, all inclusive program that will help you become the strongest and fittest version of yourself.

HYROX

Hyrox is a new indoor Hybrid Fitness Racing Event that alternates running with Functional Exercises. 

As an official Hyrox Training Club, all classes are programmed to improve your Hyrox Performance, but also improve general health and fitness levels. 

We have access to all of the equipment needed to compete and train for a Hyrox, alongside a structured programme to help you peak at the right time.

VALEO LEGENDS

A class for Over 60s, where you can move your body and regain your strength, to positively impact your daily life! 

All sessions will be completely adapted to the individual and your ability - focusing on moving well, increasing your mobility and improving your cardiovascular health.

Weightlifting

This class focuses on developing strength and technique in the Olympic Lifts. A combination of technique drills, compound movements, mobility and accessory work are used under the guidance of our coach to safely improve your Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
