Where is the gym located?

We are on the Hardwick Industrial Estate (Paxman Road), just to the right on B&Q. We have plenty of free parking outside the front of the unit.

Do you have changing facilities and showers?

Yes we have 3 showers and 3 toilets available for use for all members

I have an injury, can I still take part?

Of course, all of our classes are coach led and our team is trained to provide options for everyone, no matter the workout. We can substitute movements, reduce weights and suit the class to your capabilities.

What should I do if I am new to Fitness?

All of our sessions are coached with scalable options, so we can guide you through the movements and class to your level. You don’t have to have experience to start, our coaching team will guide you through safely.
