Our first competition takes place on 14th August with two categories; intermediate same sex pairs and scaled same sex pairs.

There are no qualifiers for FolkFest Fitness Throwdown but we do have some standards guidelines to help you find the right category.

Intermediate
• Cycle 60/42.5kg Clean & Jerks
• Cycle 42.5/30kg Snatches
• Toes To Bar
• Pull Ups
• 22.5/15kg Dumbbells
• Rope Climbs

Scaled

• No standards, just willing to take part and have some fun!

Entry fee is £80 for your pair.
